11/19/24

 On 11/19/24 Provalenko emailed at 930am claiming that he needed urgent road plowing for septic pumping.  This is on a day that snow was forecast.  The road was dry in the week before and the days after this date.  There was about 2" when I left in the morning.  THERUG answered soon after, contacted the plow contractor immediately, and he came by 5pm.  Tire tracks indicate the septic truck came the following day.
